By using Ghost Bakery you agree to generate only synthetic, non-personal data for lawful testing purposes. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Generated data is fictitious and any resemblance to real persons or entities is coincidental.

Accounts and credits are non-transferable. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Credit purchases

Credits are sold in prepaid packs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Dodo Payments processes the payment, collects the applicable taxes and issues the invoice, and it handles billing inquiries and returns together with us. Prices include tax; the checkout shows the final amount in your currency.

Credits are granted once the payment is confirmed. Buying credits converts any free credits left on the account to paid credits and ends the monthly free refill.
Paid credits are valid for 24 months after your most recent purchase; each purchase extends the validity of the whole paid balance. Credits left when that period ends expire.
Credits are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of a purchase, as the Refund Policy describes.
While a chargeback on one of your payments is open, the credits of that purchase are removed and new purchases are blocked; both are restored if the chargeback is withdrawn or decided in our favor.

Ghost Bakery may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, its pricing, or applicable rules. When a revision materially affects you, we will notify you through the email address registered to your account before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Data sources and licenses

Catalog downloads and catalog-backed field types draw on public reference datasets and attributed vocabulary sources. Generated values remain synthetic test data; the underlying reference data is licensed as follows. See Catalogs for the available datasets and fields.

ISO 639-3 code tables are maintained by SIL International, the ISO 639-3 Registration Authority, and used under its terms of use.
The ISO 4217 currency list is maintained by SIX Group, the ISO 4217 Maintenance Agency, and used under its terms of use.
Country calling codes come from the libphonenumber metadata, Copyright Google Inc., licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
